Holiday Façade Feature

ASTOUND worked directly with the Chanel creative team to celebrate the holiday season and welcome shoppers at the Canadian flagship location with a unique and premium exterior storefront façade installation. 

Chanel provided the design and some existing element for the façade display which featured the iconic symbols of the fashion brand – tweed patterns, CC logo, No. 5 Perfume silhouette, and camellia flowers. ASTOUND worked closely with Chanel to adapt a fabrication method for new and existing components that would not use any plastic, as mandated by Chanel for their sustainability commitment, and that would not damage the stone of the historic building façade. The design was adapted to include custom brackets that were drilled into the mortar without detracting from the overall look.
